Parking on the street or in neighboring residents' lots is absolutely prohibited!

*Heating fee (3,000 yen) is included in the accommodation fee from October to May, as the minimum temperature may fall below 10 degrees Celsius. The heating fee includes the use of a wood stove and the cost of firewood during your stay.

Q. Do you have Wi-Fi access?
A. Yes, connection instructions are posted in the guest rooms.

Q. Do you have sound equipment?
A. Yes, we have sound bar speakers that can be used via Bluetooth connection.
*We ask that you please turn down the volume after 9:00 p.m.

Q. Do you have a TV?
A. We are sorry. We do not have a TV. Please relax and get away from the daily routine.

Q. Do you have a BBQ set?
A. Yes, we have a Coleman Road Trip gas grill.
If you wish to use it, please make an application. (8,000 yen for a fee).
We will inform you how to use it after your application.
We will provide a set of necessary equipment, plates, cups, etc. for the number of people, but we ask that you prepare your own food and condiments.
*After using the BBQ grill, please put it away immediately and do not leave it outside at night.

Q. Can fireworks be displayed?
A. Yes, but please make sure to use the garden for fireworks. Fireworks are not allowed on the wooden deck.
We have buckets for fire extinguishing, so please fill them with water.
*Skyrocket are not allowed.
*Please finish by 9:00 p.m.

Q. Is smoking allowed?
A. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside the building. Please bring your own portable ashtray and smoke outdoors.
If you are found smoking indoors, you will be charged 50,000 yen.

Q. Can I bring pets?
A. Animals of any size are prohibited. If it is discovered that you have brought pets into the room, you will be charged 50,000 yen.

Q. Is the bathroom a hot spring?
A. Originally, there was a hot spring, but due to circumstances at the supplier, there is no hot spring at this time.
Please enjoy the large bathroom where you can stretch your legs while enjoying the view of Mt.

Q. What is the laundry procedure for long-term guests?
A. We are sorry. We do not have a washing machine, so please go to the nearest laundromat.

Q. Are towels available?
A. Hand towels and bath towels are provided for the number of guests.
Amenities such as razors and toothbrushes are not provided.
Shampoo and body soap are available in the bathroom.

Q. Can I use the wood stove?
A. Normally, the wood stove is available between October and May. During this period, a heating fee will be added to the accommodation fee.
The temperature in the Susugi area is 4 to 5 degrees cooler than in Oyama Town, and the lowest temperature from October to May can be below 10 degrees Celsius, so a heater is essential.
Each bedroom is equipped with an oil heater, but please be sure to take adequate warm-up measures during this period.

Q. Can I get there by public transportation?
A. Yes, you can use the Oyama Town Demand Bus.
Bus stop number 515 "Koufu-daiichi 1" is the nearest bus stop.
If you make a reservation via the smartphone app or by phone, the bus will pick you up at the nearest bus stop. (Please note the operation time.)

▲Noise at night
　Although this is a vacation home, there are people living in the area, so please be quiet between 21:00 and 07:00.
　Please refrain from talking loudly when you go outside for smoking, etc.
　If you are going to set off fireworks, please finish by 21:00.
　If there are complaints from neighbors, we will not be able to continue the private accommodation.

▲No shoes on the ground!
　Since this is a Japanese house, no shoes with dirt floors are allowed inside the house from the entrance dirt floor.
　Since there is no difference in level between the entrance dirt floor and the floor, it is common to see people entering the house with their shoes on or going outside in indoor slippers.
　The wooden deck and veranda are also outdoors, so please wear outdoor sandals.
　If you are found to be wearing sandals, you will be charged a fee of 50,000 yen.

▲Movement of Fixtures
　You may move fixtures during use, but please return them to their original locations after use.
　If any fixtures are missing during cleaning, you will be charged for the actual cost of returning the fixtures to their original state.

▲Long-time use of gas
　The facility uses LP gas, and if the gas meter detects an abnormality, the gas will automatically shut off.
　Except in the case of natural disasters such as earthquakes, the gas generally stops when the safety device is activated due to prolonged use.
　If the safety device is activated due to prolonged use, the amount of usage will be considered abnormal, and the customer will be billed for any excess usage.
　Common sense use will not activate the safety device.

*When a foreigner who does not have a domicile in Japan stays at a ryokan or hotel, he/she is required to enter his/her nationality and passport number in addition to the guest's name, address, and occupation in the guest list. When listing the name and passport number on the guest list, we ask that you present your passport or take a copy of it, as required by the government.

*Noise, firecrackers, and other activities that may disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited.
* Please refrain from acts that may cause discomfort to other patrons, such as nudity and strange noises due to alcohol consumption.
*Fires are prohibited for fire prevention and control.
If we find any other behavior that is offensive to public order and morals, we will immediately report it to the police and confirm the identity of the person involved.

★If check-out time is later than 10:00 a.m. without prior notice, the following fees will be charged.
Cleaning staff on standby: 1500 yen per 30 minutes after 10:00 a.m., including tax.

(4) Emergency response
We will do our best to accommodate guests' requests, but there may be times when we are unable to do so on the same day.
If you need a same-day service except for emergencies, please understand that we will charge you separately for the service.
